We offer a free 15-day trial period for a new paid subscription. When you sign up for a paid subscription, your credit card will be charged 15 days from your sign-up date. If you cancel your paid subscription during the trial period, your credit card will not be charged. The 15-day free trial only applies to new subscriptions. It does not apply if you are upgrading from a free subscription.
PopShops Basic is our free subscription plan. With Popshops Basic, you can create up to ten different shops. You will see a small "Powered by PopShops" link at the bottom of each shop page.
For our paid accounts, you can choose from monthly, 6-month, or 12-month billing. There is a 10% discount if you pay every six months and a 20% discount for annual payment. Please choose your billing period carefully, as we cannot change your billing period once you've opened your account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, visit the Your Account page and follow the link to cancel. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for unused time.
If you cancel your subscription, the shops that you have created will immediately cease to function on your website. Also, all customer data that you created (such as custom styles) will be deleted.
You can upgrade or downgrade. Just click on Account to see your options. Upgrades and downgrades are performed immediately. The new plan rate will be payable at your next billing date.
When upgrading a 6- or 12-month plan, you will be asked to pay the upgrade difference for the remaining months of your account.
If you are downgrading, you may need to perform maintenance. For example, when downgrading to the Basic plan, you will have to remove any shops beyond the 10-shop limit. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for downgraded subscriptions.
You can change among the monthly, 6-month, and 12-month billing cycles. Additionally, you can combine a billing cycle change with a plan change. When you change billing cycles, you must re-enter your credit card information, and your billing anniversary date will be reset to the current date.
When you change your billing cycle, you are charged immediately for the cost of the first period, minus any credit you have from your current account. If your credit exceeds the cost of the account period, there will be no immediate charge. Your periodic bills will proceed on your new anniversary date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if your new plan charges are less than your credit.
We cannot give refunds or prorate for partial months. We hope that you will use your 15-day free trial period to learn about our service. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring a charge, and if you wish to downgrade to a lower-priced plan, you can do so at any time.
